Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. 

Melted items do not qualify for a refund or exchange. If your lip product is melted it is more than likely due to the delivery time and sitting in the mailbox outside in the sun. Please arrange pickup or special delivery instructions from the tracking information provided with each order. 

To prevent your product from the possibility of melting:

  1. Watch your tracking number that is provided with each order closely. Arrange to have your package collected as soon as it is delivered.
  2. Have your package delivered to your workplace address. This is common for customers who work away from the home, to ensure they can collect their package as soon as it is delivered. 
  3. Have your package shipped to a PO box within an air-conditioned mailing facility. 

For damaged item(s), please include your order # and a picture of the products and email our customer service team within 24hours.
