What is LipBlendz?
LipBlendz is a custom cosmetic brand for anyone wanting to customize their own lip products.
What are the different bases I can choose from?
LipBlendz offers a variety of choices for bases used in lipsticks and lip-glosses.
Creme Base: Creamy, silky smooth formula bathes lips with moisture and has buildable pigment. Glides over lips with a blend of moisture-rich oils, butters, and plant waxes (carnauba & candelilla) to help lips remain moisturized, comfortable, and soft. Wear time is approximately 4-6 hours depending daily activities.
Matte Base: Luxurious with a modern matte finish. Delivers full coverage, intense hydration, and extended wear, for soft, smooth, beautiful lips. All natural plant waxes carnauba, candelilla, and paraffin. Paraffin locks in moisture. Wear time is approximately 8-10 hours depending on daily activities.
Butter Balm: Sheer and glossy. Very moisturizing and great for chapped, cracked, and peeling lips. Wear time is up to 4 hours.
Butter Gloss: Sheer to medium pigment lip-gloss, not sticky, Feels like a perfect mix of balm and gloss. High shine gloss finish. Wear time is up to 4-6 hours.
Glace' Gloss: Thicker gloss, with extreme shine. This gloss is great for a topper, not an all day wear. This gloss does not hold a large amount of color pigment. This base does contain macadamia nut oil. (ALLERGEN ALERT)
Are LipBlendz products vegan/cruelty free?
Yes. All of the products that are handmade at LipBlendz are vegan (excluding the matte liquid lipstick), cruelty free, paraben-free, gluten-free, non-comedogenic, and phthalates-free. All products and ingredients are non-toxic.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once the order is received, it can take 10-14 business days to process and make the product depending on the amount of orders in the cue. Custom products are chosen to be made live on TikTok if time is available. The order will be numerical, unless customer is not present in the Tike Tok live, we will move to the next order and either try again or make the product off live to keep up with the demand of products. Once the product is made and shipped, depending on location, it can take 2-15 business days within the US. Please double check address to ensure everything is correct, as LipBlendz is NOT responsible for reshipment if address is not correct on original order.
If I don’t like my product, can I return it for a refund?
Due to the nature of the products made at LipBlendz, for health and sanitation purposes there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once you order and confirm the made product, or if the product is made on a live stream, that is confirmation of approval of the product. There will be no remakes if the color is not as expected. There is a disclosure posted under the custom product stating due to different lighting, phones, tablet screens etc, products may not be exactly as shown on the order invoice. Tonal values vary, and we cannot guarantee a perfect color match.
Will I have an allergic reaction to your products or ingredients?
LipBlendz LLC is not responsible for any customers allergic reactions. All of the products are made with clean and natural ingredients. Our ingredients are listed on the website. Some of the ingredients we use are Carnauba wax, Candelilla wax, Castor Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Avocado oil, Each product made has the individual ingredients listed. The only product that contains a nut is the Glace’ lipgloss base. It does contain macadamia nut oil.
Why isn’t my lip color exactly the same as the color I made on the website?
Due to the differences in screen resolutions on computers, phones etc. colors may be slightly different in tonal and hue values. We try to customize as close as possible to the shade the customer creates online, but there is no guarantee the color will be an exact match. Some colors may appear darker/lighter based on the nature of the color pigment itself. (Pinks/Reds have different undertones and may appear lighter or darker).
Why is the glitter in my lip-gloss separating and staying at the bottom of the gloss tube?
This is called settling and is normal. You can move the wand around and the glitter will mix back into the lip-gloss. There is nothing wrong with the product or ingredients.
If I have an issue with my order, what do I do?
Please email or call the customer service # provided on the website. We will do our best to make right of the situation. Once a lip product is made on live and the customer approves the color, stated in the disclosure up on purchase there will be no remakes. Colors are not exactly the one every type of screen display, they are also not going to appear the same under different lighting. The only remakes we offer will be broken items upon delivery. Pictures MUST be sent to the email lipblendz@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery notification. If the tones are not what was expected, please try to adjust the color pigment options lighter or darker in hue.
What happens if my products are damaged or melted?
LipBlendz is not responsible for damaged or melted products during shipping. We provide the shipping/tracking information with each order. Please watch your order to arrange for pickup or to accept delivery. If you send a picture of the damaged item to the customer care email, we can determine if the damage was a product issue. It will then be credited.
What if my discount code does not work during checkout?
Please contact customer care as soon as possible. We will look into the matter and get your discount applied to your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We regret that we are currently unable to ship internationally, this includes Canada, We apologize for this inconvenience we are working diligently to set up the proper shipping measures to enable us to be able to ship worldwide in the future.
Can I add shimmer to my lip product?
Yes, we offer shimmer that can be added to your lipstick, lip-gloss, or lip balm. On the custom lippie option, you can choose shimmer on the drop down. We use limited options of shimmer due to the tonal effects it has on the lip products being made.
I'm allergic to coconut and almond oil, can I still order products?
Absolutely. We only use coconut oil, or almond oil in specified lip products. Macadamia nut oil is used in the Glace’ lipgloss base only.
The pictures show numerous products, is that how many I get with my order?
No, the picture is just for aestectics purposes, we make a bulk batch and then take the photos for the website, You are able to choose the number of products you want when adding to your cart. You start with just 1 single product and may add more.
